Al-'Ankabuut....

Untuk renungan bersama…..dan peringatan bagi diri saya sendiri yang sentiasa leka dan lalai.
Para ulama telah bersependapat bahawa Surah Al-Fatihah, Surah Yassin, Surah Al-Kahfi, Surah As-Sajadah, Surah Al-Fath, Surah Ar-Rahman, Surah Al-Waqiah, Surah-Al-Mulk, Surah Nuh, Surah Al-Muzzammil, Surah An-Naba’ serta Surah dalam golongan ayat-ayat lazim seperti Surah Ad-Dhuha, Surah Al’Asr, Surah Al-Kafiruun, Surah Al-Ikhlaas, Surah Al-Falaq dan Surah An-Naas berserta Ayat Kursi adalah antara mempunyai banyak manafaat untuk diamalkan. Malah adalah lebih baik jika dapat membaca Al-Quran sepenuhnya.
Surah Al-Ankabut : Antara intisarinya menerangkan : Menegaskan bahawa orang-orang Islam tidak cukup dengan hanya Beriman dan mengaku menjadi Islam sahaja, tetapi hendaklah mereka bersabar dan tabah hati menerima ujian, samada Ujian itu berupa perintah-perintah agama yang wajib dilaksanakan atau berupa larangan-larangan agama yang wajib dijauhi, atau berupa kesusahan dan kemalangan yang menimpa diri, keluarga dan hartabenda. Dan beberapa lagi.
Sekali lagi peringatan untuk diri saya. And please do not get me wrong as I never mentioned that I am a Pious Muslim.

Early Morning Fog....Mist....

Dear all....
These were taken about 2 weeks ago at roadside of Jalan Hulu Langat on going to Pekan Hulu Langat.
It was around 8.45 am.
Set at Aperture-Priority f 5.6 and focus at infinity. ISO 100 and handheld. 100mm lens.
The 1st image was taken without any filter but for the 2nd image....Cokin Mauve filter was placed infront.
The 2nd image was taken slightly to the left of the 1st image therefore the Sun flare a bit obvious.

Strong Colours.
|
|
Colour Therapy. Most of us know that psychologically we are very much affected by colour.
Red is the element of fire. It stimulate and excites the nerve and blood, activates the circulation of the blood and vitalizes the physical body. Red helps overcome tiredness as well as chills and colds. It stimulates will-power and courage. Wounds can heal faster if you surround yourself with red while healing. It can help get rid of headaches ( try putting red coloured paper infront of you ). But too much red can raise blood pressure.
Blue is the opposite of red. Whilst red expands and stimulates, blue contracts and restricts. It slows thing down so that it can combat infectious diseases where there ia a rise in temperature. Blue is antiseptic, cooling and astringent. Psychologically, blue can bring peace of mind ( so look at blue sky ), particularly after excessive mental stress. Too much blue, however, can give you the `the blues’, in which case it needs to be balanced with some red. Blue can be helpful with throat troubles, fever and children’s ailment such as measles, inflammation, spasms, itchiness and headaches. Also use it for shock and trouble of sleeping.
I am not sure sama ada my Caption’s delivering message or not….But for sure I love the Strong Colour.
